Tenants will be asked to make a 12-month commitment pursuant to a written lease, with a security deposit equal to one month’s rent. Tenants will be required to contract and pay for all separately metered utilities (electric through AEP; cable/telephone/internet through MCTV) with Liberty Beall’s designated providers (no other providers allowed, virtual/online providers excepted), as well as reimburse Liberty Beall’s for Tenant’s proportionate share of all utilities that we carry for our your benefit (water, sewer, trash, common area electric, etc.). Liberty Beall utilizes electronic payment of rent and other charges. No checks will be accepted without our express consent, which may be withheld in Liberty Beall’s sole discretion. Liberty Beall will also require Tenants to carry renters insurance and name Liberty Beall as an additional insured. Additional insurance coverage may be required for unique risks.
