We accommodate service and emotional support animals in accordance with the Fair Housing Act and other applicable laws; however, we reserve the right to request allowable documentation as part of the screening process. We will never ask about, nor should you provide us with, any information related to any disabilities as part of the application process. Notwithstanding, you are still responsible for the behavior of service or emotional support animals, including any damage or harm they may cause to people or property. Pets are only permitted with our consent, which may be withheld or conditioned in our sole discretion. If approved, you will be required to execute out pet addendum, obtain animal liability insurance coverage naming us as an additional insured, as well as pay an additional security deposit in the amount of $300.00 per approved pet and additional rent of $25.00 per month per pet.
